السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اسعد الله صباحكم بكل خير ورزقكم من كل فضل وبركة ورحمة نشرها بين خلقه اما بعد : التسويق هو علم حياتي تمضي به العلاقات الإنسانية  والعلاقات التجارية والاجتماعية والسياسية ومعظم العلاقات التي يتم تداولها بين الناس , وقد حظي التسويق بذكر من الله في كتابه العظيم حيث ذكره سبحانه وتعالى في سورة الكهف على لسان الصبية الذين فروا الى الكهف ,وذلك عندما استيقظوا من سباتهم وحينها اندرجت على لسان احدهم هذه الآية : ( كَذَلِكَ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِيَتَسَاءَلُوا بَيْنَهُمْ قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ كَمْ لَبِثْتُمْ قَالُوا لَبِثْنَا يَوْمًا أَوْ بَعْضَ يَوْمٍ قَالُوا رَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا لَبِثْتُمْ فَابْعَثُوا أَحَدَكُم بِوَرِقِكُمْ هَذِهِ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَنظُرْ أَيُّهَا أَزْكَى طَعَامًا فَلْيَأْتِكُم بِرِزْقٍ مِّنْهُ وَلْيَتَلَطَّفْ وَلا يُشْعِرَنَّ بِكُمْ أَحَدًا) ويتبين لنا من سياق الاية ما ورد على لسان احد الفتية من أساليب التسويق اللطيفة والجميلة والناجحة ومنها : - فابعثوا احدكم : وهو المندوب للمشتريات التي يحتاجها افراد المنظمة وهم الفتية ....

تعريف التسويق : مر مفهوم التسويق بمراحل عديدة وتطور هذا المفهوم من فترة زمنية لاخرى ، وعلى الرغم من ان التسويق قد نشأ مع نشأة التبادل التجاري منذ القدم ، وبالرغم من تطور دراسات التسويق الا انه لا يوجد اجماع على تعريف التسويق ، فالتعاريف التقليدية للتسويق تركز في الغالب على النقل المادي للسلع من مراكز الانتاج الى مراكز الاستهلاك  اما التعاريف الحديثة فقد راعت العديد من الامور الهامة والمتداخله عند تعريفها للتسويق . ومن التعاريف التقليدية للتسويق في عام 1947 عرفته “الجمعية الامريكية للتسويق” بما يلي : هو يعتبر بأنه انشطة المشروع التى توجه تدفق السلع والخدمات من المنتج الى المستهلك النهائي او المشتري الصناعي ومن عيوب هذا التعريف   عدم تضمينه للكثير من النشاطات التسويقية مثل التسعير ، والترويج وتخطيط السلع الجديدة اما التعريف الحديث للتسويق فقد عرفته نفس الجميعة الامريكية للتسويق عام 1995م : بانه عملية تخطيط وتنفيذ التصور الكلي لتسعير وترويج وتوزيع الافكار والسلع والخدمات لخلق عملية التبادل التى تشبع حاجات الافراد والمنشآت ومن هذا التعريف نستنتج ان التس...
